We are looking for an IT Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our development team in Sofia, Bulgaria.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to source and screen IT candidates, using a variety of methods such as job boards, social media, professional networking events, and employee referrals
- Maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future openings
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices for recruitment
- Contribute to the employer branding strategy of the company
- Good command of written and spoken English
