With Weply’s chat solution, Merrild Lavazza gained another channel to receive customer inquiries and leads from. Since they have a small marketing department it has made a big difference being able to get help handling some of the customer inquiries. At the same time, they provide a good personal service through the chat. Merrild Lavazza are receiving an average of 13 inquiries a month.
