Can't see any events?
- Test the event in real time by starting and ending a chat on your website.
- With events in GA4, it can take up to 72 hours to appear in reporting, so take this into account.
- If the number of events is incorrect, this could be an issue related to website visitors not accepting cookies or having do-not-track set up on their browser.
