Weply verbinden met Facebook Messenger (niet meer leverbaar)

Before you start:

• Only Admins on Facebook Pages can connect Weply to a Facebook page.
• If you have several accounts with Weply, as well as several pages you manage on Facebook, you will have to repeat this integration process to connect the correct Weply account with the respective Facebook page.This is to ensure the chat agents have the correct information provided to them when chatting for a specific Facebook page, just as with your websites.

1. Go to Weply - Dashboard

2. Click on Settings

3. Click on Integrations

4. Click on Manage integrations under Messenger

5. Click on Connect to messenger

6. Click on Continue as ...

You will be shown which Facebook account you are logged in with, or promted to log in.

7. Allow which profiles Weply should chat for on your behalf

If you have several Facebook profiles, which require a specific Weply account to be managed by Weply, you connect the specific Facebook profile with the respective Weply account. That means you will need to log in to each account and repeat this integration process.

8. Click on Next

9. Click on YES

10. Click on Done

11. Click on OK
