How to read your invoice

Description of products 

Chat subscription 

“Chat subscription” is the subscription fee for having the chat online. 

Chats, prepaid 

“Chats, prepaid” is the number of chats prepaid for the period stated in the text field on top. You’ll be invoiced up front for the number of prepaid chats agreed in your deal. On the invoice you’ll see the number of chats invoiced and the price per chat. 

Every month the number of prepaid chats are used first. The number of prepaid chats used will be shown in its own order line with the number of chats and the price per chat marked 0,-. 

Leads, prepaid 

“Leads, prepaid” is the number of leads prepaid for the period stated in the text field on top. You’ll be invoiced up front for the number of prepaid leads agreed in your deal. On the invoice you’ll see the number of leads invoiced and the price per lead. 

Every month the number of prepaid leads are used first. The number of prepaid leads used will be shown in its own order line with the number of leads and the price per lead marked 0,-. 

Enterprise chats 

“Enterprise chats” are the chats used during the past month (besides any prepaid chats). 

Enterprise leads 

“Enterprise leads“ are the leads used during the past month (besides any prepaid chats). 

vCard - increased customer contact 

vCard - increased customer contact is the sms sent to all leads with the contact information for them to save and be able to see on their phone when you call.
